4:10 p.m. - PA Parenteau has signed a four year - $16 million deal with the Colorado Avalanche





3:26 p.m. -- Canadiens keep adding, agreeing to a four year - $10 million deal with Brandon Prust






3:25 p.m. -- Dustin Penner has resigned with the Los Angeles Kings on a one year, $3.25 million deal.





2:50 p.m. -- Filip Kuba has agreed to a two year, $8 million contract with the Florida Panthers.




2:34 p.m. -- Arron Asham has signed a two year deal with the New York Rangers. The deal is worth $2 million.



2:10 p.m. -- Brad Boyes has agreed to a one year deal with the New York Islanders





1:45 p.m. - Ray Whitney gets his two year deal, agreeing to a two year - $9 million deal with the Dallas Stars..






1:40 p.m. -- Colby Armstrong re-united with Michel Therrien, agreeing to a one year deal with the Canadiens. Very good fit for him.





1:32 p.m. -- According to Pierre LeBrun, the Detroit Red Wings are no longer going to meet with Parise in Toronto.





1:31 p.m. -- Tough guy Zenon Konopka has signed a two year deal with the Minnesota Wild




1:30 p.m. - Guillaume Latendresse has reached an agreement with the Ottawa Senators and will be signing with the Senators, assuming he passes a physical.



1:10 p.m. - The Carolina Hurricanes have signed defenseman Joe Corvo to a one year deal worth $2 million.




12:41 p.m. -  Darren Dreger reports the Detroit Red Wings have agreed to terms with goaltender Jonas Gustavsson on a 2 year deal worth $3 million.



12:31 p.m. - Three teams have made early calls on Jaromir Jagr, a league source confirms. Two of the teams are the Montreal Canadiens and Carolina Hurricanes


11:45 A.M. - A full court press from the Detroit Red Wings as the Wings are sending an entourage to Toronto to make a presentation to Zach Parise and according to one report, the Red Wings also sending a group of team officials to meet with Ryan Suter. The Red Wings have over $25 million to spend but not sure the report about Suter adds up as Suter camp hasn't intended to meet with teams.



11:33 A.M. - A strong market is expected for Dustin Penner and the Montreal Canadiens looking to develop into a big tough team under Michel Therrien, will be among the teams pursuing Penner.


11:30 A.M. -  Ryan Smyth won't hit the open market, agreeing to a 2 year deal worth $4.5 million.

11:15 A.M. - TSN's Bob McKenzie confirms that Zach Parise will hit the open market noon and has declined a last pitch offer from the Devils who will remain in the mix.
